Outcome: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, we resolved complex industry issues, including data migration and rights management. Through process mapping and automation, we resolved discrepancies and ensured timely processing of 45 Billion performances, resulting in a half-billion-dollar revenue increase. These changes impacted 185,000 songwriters, composers, and music publishers, along with over 100,000 organizations. Details: The member portal project which included designing and refining 120 user flows, crafting 800 UX designs, producing 200 UI designs and 14 active hot-spotted prototypes 4 personas as 12 sub personas. Integral to this process was the meticulous mapping of user personas, painpoints, conducting stakeholder interviews, and undertaking extensive user research. Collaboration was fostered through UX workshops with members, facilitating information architecture, and iterating on user interface designs. Prototypes were refined based on feedback, with meticulous attention given to UX copywriting and rigorous QA testing. The project also entailed coordinating beta testing and product demos for stakeholders and board members. Vendor relations were managed, conflicts resolved, and staff administrative processes streamlined. Agile methodologies were employed, overseeing UAT coordination and identifying user stories, while epics were organized and features tracked. Stakeholder and competitive analyses informed decision-making, with assets gathered and user flows audited. Requirements documentation was meticulously completed, culminating in the successful implementation of French translation across the entire portal. Onboarded a large automotive company, customized interfaces to meet their expectations which generated 160% more leads for them as well as 53% reduction in the overall Cost Per Lead (CPL) resulting in <$1 Million revenue for the startup.
