Since early 2024, I’ve led product and design at ResX—a reservation exchange marketplace with over 100k active users—working closely with two non-technical founders to shape the product’s vision and execution. I designed the platform as it exists today, touching every surface of the user experience while partnering with the dev team to scope, prioritize, and ship new features at pace. From launching a reimagined alerts experience to crafting upgrade flows that increased premium conversion and building an engagement engine through ResX Rewards, my work has been central to driving meaningful growth. Redesigning the biggest travel award platform At Seats.aero, I’m leading the redesign of the platform to honor what power users love—density, speed, and detail—while making the experience more intuitive for travelers who are new to award search. My work focuses on preserving the depth that prosumers rely on without sacrificing clarity, navigation, or approachability. By refining the interface, restructuring information, and streamlining key workflows, I’m helping evolve Seats.aero into a product that feels instantly usable while still deeply powerful. Clarifying the Product to Unlock Growth At Cove, I led the strategic effort to untangle a single, catch-all landing page and product into four distinct offerings—each with its own value proposition, customer segment, and pricing potential. Through deep analysis of features, customer needs, and sales patterns, I identified the natural product lines hiding within the platform and defined a clear strategy for how each should stand on its own. This work became the backbone of our product and pricing roadmap, while also informing how the team positioned Cove in conversations with prospects.
