Currently pursuing studies at Takoradi Technical University, expected to graduate in 2024, I have gained valuable experience in customer service and operations. As a Customer Experience Personal at XpressGas Limited since November 2024, I focus on enhancing customer interactions. Previously, I served as an Operations Assistant at Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, where I contributed to the seamless execution of broadcasting operations from November 2023 to November 2024. My academic journey at Takoradi Technical University began in 2021, where I actively engaged in both studies and university activities. Additionally, I briefly worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer in early 2021, specializing in brand design and creating promotional materials.
