Tryo inverts standard e-commerce: customers order up to 10 items with zero upfront payment, a rider delivers in 60 minutes, customer tries items at the door, keeps what fits, returns the rest, and pays only for what's kept. • Hired 4 to 5 engineers, set up engineering practices, shipped consumer app, rider app, and backend in weeks. • Built bin-level inventory tracking: system knows the exact shelf each garment sits on (rider has to grab it in 60 minutes). • Designed a two-way dispatch engine tracking 6 steps per order.
