Charter CommunicationsJan 2017 - May 2017 • 5 mosOwned the interactive vision and QA development for the creative, UX and interactive designs and co-led a 15+ team of developers and web production/ front-end authors during the $65+ billion company acquisition merger between Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications, and BrightHouse Media throughout the website platform migration of the legacy Business E-Commerce site for Spectrum. Authored consolidated data reports to expose opportunities that increased DevOp Efficiency. Quantified & prioritized KPI data sets to generate a recommended course-of-action for the effective resolve of high-impacting site performance KPIs. Achievements include: 40% elimination of redundant/unnecessary data download from API platform, 15 second increase (avg) in page load speeds, and decreased site accessibility contrast concerns by 85%. Worked with the Development Director to create & deliver effective strategies that measured project scope, product timelines, & prioritized deliverables throughout the project duration. Curated a web style guide and design system for the AEM CMS to set the foundations for proper documentation and facilitate library growth of templated components.

Time Warner CableJan 2014 - May 2017 • 3 yrs 5 mosDirected the digital marketing, interactive and UX/CX designs, project initiatives and creative team for the legacy B2C e-commerce and product sites for Time Warner Cable's website. Co-established the creative process & foundations that enabled the establishment & expansion of an internal design team. Alongside the Lead FrontEnd Developer, organized on-going site evaluations of the site performance, individual page performance & design component functionality in relation to the overall site architecture & design. These evaluations led to an enriched CMS library and a truncated global design system which increased the overall devops efficiency for internal page building. Led the design & UX efforts for the responsive conversion of the entire TWC site. Achievements include: 75% increase in My Account logins/self-support help, an initial 20% increase in mobile engagement, and received CableFaxies Award for Best Website Navigation under My Account & CableFaxies runner-up & honoree awards for the My Account site under: Best Overall Website Design, Website Design for Cable Distributors, & Best Website Redesign. Collaborated alongside product owners & project managers to implement the successful execution of a full website (aesthetic) redesign/ re-launch for both the residential site & product sites (My Account, ABF Buyflow & partial Digital Marketing for both ABF & EBF customers). Restructured the taxonomy of top-tier landing pages & the support site to reduce click paths & simplify the navigation; included a content audit which help to enhance the site responsiveness by reducing the site's total page amount within the site architecture. Awarded CableFaxies Awards for Best Website for a Cable Operator and Website Design (TWC.com). Received CableFaxies runner-up & honoree awards for: Best Website Navigation (TWC.com); Best Responsive Navigation (both TWC.com & My Account); Website Redesign (TWC.com), and Best Website as a Distributor for the ABF Redesign.
