Quandary Consulting Group

As your technology consultants, they help you automate away the stress of trying to scale a growing business. Leveraging powerful low-code platforms like Quickbase, Pipefy, and Workato, they build the custom integrations and applications you need at a fraction of the cost (and much faster) than traditional software development. As a Senior Web Developer and Migration Specialist at Quandary Consulting Group, I played a pivotal role in transforming our clients' online presence and enhancing their digital capabilities. My responsibilities encompassed a diverse range of tasks and technical expertise to ensure a seamless transition from a legacy CMS to a modern, high-performance web ecosystem. I led the comprehensive migration of our clients' website from a legacy WordPress CMS to a cutting-edge React Headless CMS. This involved meticulous planning, data transfer, and ensuring that all existing content seamlessly transitioned to the new platform. Leveraging my proficiency in tools like Next.js and Gatsby.js, I adopted a Static Site Generator approach to build the new website. This allowed for faster loading times, improved site reliability, and enhanced security. I ensured that the new CMS empowered our clients to easily manage and update their content without technical expertise. This involved designing intuitive interfaces and providing training to ensure a smooth content management experience. My proficiency in React, Next.js, Gatsby.js, Progressive Web App (PWA) development, and SEO optimization was instrumental in achieving the project's technical goals and exceeding client expectations.
