By day, I work as a Capability Coach at RBC, where I support investment advisors through coaching, development, and performance enablement. I focus on creating an environment where people feel supported and challenged. I’ve worked my way up through client-facing roles in banking and investments, earning my mutual funds license and sharpening my skills in customer experience and relationship-building.
Outside the 9-to-5, I wear a different hat — as a freelance digital marketer and content creator. I help brands craft engaging stories and show up online with confidence, clarity, and a strategy that actually works. My background in business management with a focus in marketing gives me both the creative lens and strategic thinking to build content that connects.
I’m big on purpose-driven work, clear communication, and staying endlessly curious. Whether I’m coaching a team member, building a campaign, or learning something new on a Sunday night — I pour myself into it.
