Fourstay, a long-term student housing platform, aimed to improve booking performance and conversion rates in response to declining product ROI. My objective was to research, identify, strategize and design a seamless experience that would help booking agents communicate and sell listings more effeciently, with a focus on increasing conversations within the inbox ecosystem by 80%, and imrpoving response times for host and booking agents.I collaborated with the Product manager, dev team and booking team to design and validate in a two sprint project flow.See More
