TIPGROUP TRAVEL

As a UX/UI Designer at TipGroup Travel, I led the design of an internal web application aimed at improving operational efficiency and decision-making for the tour coordination team. The tool was developed to track passenger attendance on excursions, monitor profitability, and streamline data entry. The design process included user research, wireframing, prototyping in Figma, and iterative feedback sessions with team members. The result was a practical and intuitive tool that supports better planning and enhances team workflow in a fast-paced travel operations environment. See More

At Nubea, a conceptual airline brand, I developed a complete UX/UI design for a mobile application focused on enhancing the passenger experience from booking to post-flight. The project aimed to create a seamless, user-centered digital journey that reflects Nubea's identity as a modern, customer-first airline. I was responsible for the full UX/UI process, including user flow mapping, interface design in Figma, and creating a cohesive design system. The project combined aviation knowledge with design thinking to deliver a user experience tailored to modern travelers. See More
