Environmental Science Graduate | Customer Service Rep
With a degree in Environmental Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, I have a strong foundation in environmental studies. My experience includes roles such as a Customer Service Representative at Playbook A Consulting, where I honed my skills in tailoring personalized business strategies. As a Content Writer, I crafted engaging content for diverse audiences. I also served as a Research Assistant at the International Food Policy Research Institute, contributing to a study on climate change's impact on pastoral communities. Additionally, my time as a Project Management Intern at Save the Elephants provided hands-on experience in coordinating conservation projects. These experiences have equipped me with a well-rounded skill set in environmental science, research, and project management.
