The Challenge The organization faced the challenge of increasing public awareness about the condition, attracting new volunteers, and encouraging donations to support their programs. Their existing Instagram presence was primarily informational but lacked a strong emotional connection and clear calls to action. Campaign Marketing & Execution Campaigns were primarily organic, leveraging Instagram's community features and strategic partnerships. Hashtag Strategy: A mix of broad and niche hashtags was used, including condition-specific terms, relevant health awareness hashtags, and community-focused tags. Collaborations: We partnered with local health influencers, medical professionals, and community leaders for Instagram Live sessions and co-created content, expanding reach to relevant audiences. User-Generated Content (UGC): We encouraged supporters to share their own experiences using a dedicated hashtag, which we then reshared on the organization's page, amplifying their voices and building a stronger community. Instagram Stories & Reels: Daily stories provided quick updates, polls for engagement, and behind-the-scenes glimpses. Short, impactful Reels were used for educational content and event highlights. Results Within six months, the organization saw: A 45% increase in Instagram follower growth. A 70% increase in engagement rate (likes, comments, shares per post).
