EYJun 2022 - Mar 2023 • 10 mosCollaborated with team members in revamping an inventory management and delivery mobile app used by a company with 4 different user profiles to increase retention and efficiency and decrease error configuration. Transcribed user interviews, summarized important key points and wrote over 50 User Stories for the development team. Designed an internal dashboard and oversaw compliance against WCAG 2.0 and accessibility guidelines.

Customized the look and feel of the app according to the branding requirements of each potential client. Created over 100 wireframes and mockups for 6 business to business projects, including an e-commerce order management dashboard, a valet parking management system, and a credit card referral program. Edited and animated over 30 promotional videos for social media.
