Through card sort and tree testing methodologies I increased content discoverability by: Wealth management: 32%, Digital self- service: 26% Increased digital onboarding conversion 22% by introducing progressive disclosure during the signup process. Worked with the product team to introduce behavioral science principles into the design process starting with an A/B/C test of the get started page. ROI: Increased the visibility of product offerings, leading to a higher number of private wealth management customers, aligning with the goals set in the 2024 roadmap.

The RealRealAug 2021 - Jun 2023 • 1 yr 11 mosAs part of our warehouse automation initiatives, I reimagined the receiving experience. This resulted in a decrease in average units per hour (UPH) with a cost savings of $0.12 per unit. I created interactive dashboards using data visualizations to communicate real-time status of our outbound operations. This allowed stakeholders to identity and redirect resources whenever service level agreements (SLAs) were at risk. I designed a guided SKU template that leveraged vision and machine learning technology. This enabled automatic generation of attributes and pricing for items. In Q1 we rolled this out to 40% of our marquee handbags, as a result we saw a 10.2% increase in UPH. As a lead designer, I provided mentorship to junior designers, helping them identify gaps in their UX knowledge and skill set required for promotion. Ensured that all my designs adhered to AA WCAG standards. Design lead on UX copy writing as required, ensuring the user experience is enhanced through effective and engaging copy. Collaborated with marketing and engineering stakeholders to align and integrate a design system during migration to React. ROI: As part of the 2024 profitability goal, I led warehouse automation initiatives, focusing on SKU and receiving projects. These efforts resulted in significant ARR savings (millions) and contributed to achieving positive EBITDA in March 2024.

VMwareJun 2020 - Aug 2021 • 1 yr 3 mosDeveloped a solution that allowed our users to easily identify sample placeholder values within our suggested query templates. This tool helped users navigate and leverage search functionalities more effectively. Designed visualizations to provide users with a quick and easy understanding of SQL query search result outcomes. Implemented and oversaw a comprehensive design review process for new components and UX copywriting to ensure design elements and written content meet high standards for quality and consistency. ROI: I developed concepts that pushed boundaries to showcase what the future of search could be. These included many recommendations like the implementation of a query builder and visualizations as search results. I gave recommendations for long- term strategies and highlighted innovations that could enhance our users search experience.
