Description
A new commercial music studio in San Francisco is seeking an experienced marketing strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The studio offers music lessons across multiple market segments and experiences peak client interest during back-to-school season (August–September) and New Year (January). You'll own the full marketing funnel—from strategy development through campaign execution—working across social media, SEO, paid advertising, and content calendars. This is a hands-on role where you'll have autonomy to experiment with low-cost campaigns, optimize existing Google Business and social presence, and prepare the studio for high-conversion seasonal pushes. You'll collaborate closely with the studio leadership team and may coordinate with designers and photographers as needed.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to local SF market and remote student segments
Manage and optimize Google Business profile and local SEO efforts
Create and execute social media content calendars across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other relevant platforms
Design and launch paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google, with emphasis on peak seasonal periods (August–September, January)
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Coordinate with designers on ad creative and social content visuals
Provide strategic guidance on organic vs. paid channel mix
