Our first focus has been the creator economy (UGC creators, influencers, performance-based contractors), but we are rapidly expanding into adjacent use cases like contractor bonuses, flexible global payouts, and performance-linked compensation. We are founders who actively create content ourselves and have built and exited companies before. We care deeply about quality, clarity, and substance. The role We are looking for an SEO-focused content writer who can start immediately and help us compound organic growth over time. This is not a content mill role and not an agency engagement. We want a single, reliable writer who produces thoughtful, original, search-driven content—fast. You will be responsible for writing 2-3 high-quality articles per week, primarily focused on: - The creator economy - Performance-based pay - Global payouts and payroll alternatives - Contractors, bonuses, and flexible compensation We already have a directional content strategy. Your job is to execute with quality and consistency. What you will work with - Long-form founder conversations (podcast-style recordings) - Video transcripts and clips - Existing thought leadership in the creator economy We intentionally design content to be rich and multi-modal (article + embedded video + transcript + audio). Your writing should elevate and structure this material—not rewrite generic SEO blogs. What we are looking for - Strong SEO fundamentals (keyword intent, structure, internal linking, search-driven topics) - Clear, crisp writing that feels human—not AI-generated - Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality - Comfort writing in fintech / creator / B2B SaaS contexts - Someone who can operate independently without heavy management Bonus points if you: - Have written about creators, fintech, or payroll before - Understand how content compounds over time - Can distinguish between content writing and actual SEO-driven growth Why this role If you do great work, this becomes a long-term relationship.
