We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to strategize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across various brands, primarily in D2C e-commerce. The ideal candidate has a track record of managing entire campaigns and is highly organized.
What You’ll Do: Collaborate with the team to manage campaigns across multiple brands.
Coordinator
- Develop email and other relevant content for marketing calendars related to sales, product releases, and PR.
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to create content.
- Work with the social media team to ensure posts are published.
- Manage and optimize email flows.
Example Project - Valentine's Day Sale
- A brand is planning a BOGO sale for all products leading up to Valentine's Day.
- You receive the offer, media, timeframe, number of emails/SMS, and key dates.
- Deliverables include: Content for emails, ads, website images, IG post, coordination for publishing, performance analysis, and integrating top-performing emails into flows.
Required:
- Proficiency in Figma for content design and management.
- Experience optimizing email flows in Klaviyo or similar.
- Strong copywriting adaptable to different brand voices.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns.
- Organizational skills for managing marketing experiments and designers.
- Availability for meetings within PST business hours.
Preferred:
- Experience with Notion or Asana for project management.
- Adobe Illustrator proficiency.
- Shopify experience.
