What it is: Seeking a talented 3D Rendering Artist to create a key 3D CAD rendering of an activated event space for presentation use prior to the event. Why it is: The goal is for potential clients to see the type of activations achievable, and the thoughtfulness and passion that drives the work. Developing a modern visual experience for the audience allows this to happen. Project Vision: Focused on creating a high-quality 3D CAD rendering of the event space, including: - 30’ x 30’ Activation space. - 20’ x 20’ marquee tent in front. - Tent weights to right and left of tent. - Tent Interior: - Flooring is green artificial turf for most of space - 12’ x 20’. - Right Section under racing simulator car is black tile - 8’ x 20’. - Back wall is the side of the trailer. - Trailer has a concession stand style window on left and a mounted TV on the right. - Front entrance has the sampling menu and stanchion queue line. - Left wall has stanchions to keep consumers from entering. - Back left has photo opportunity with a 10’ hop-up and camera tripod. - Front left has fur Adirondack chairs and a low table. - Right wall is a 20’ tent wall. - Right side is a racing simulator with front of car facing the entrance. - TV stand with curved monitor in front of car. - 14’ Trailer Exterior, including an open window facing the space and an interior wall behind that window. Visuals provided for reference. - Sampling Menu at the front of the space. - Giveaways table attached to the exterior window of the trailer. Outputs Required: High-quality 3D CAD rendering of the space in CATIA format. No audio required. Target Audience: The target audience is both event attendees and future clients. The renderings need to be high-quality, suitable for client presentations and internal use as a portfolio piece. Deadline: May 20th, 2025. This project has a fast turnaround and is looking to get started as soon as possible.
